Initial inquiries
The contact page links to an MDF Healthcare Advisory inquiry form hosted by Bonsai. If you submit that form, the business contact information and project description you provide are stored in our Advisory Bonsai workspace and used to respond, assess fit, and discuss a potential engagement. The form is in English. Opening it takes you to Bonsai, which has its own privacy practices. This website does not collect or store your form answers.
The optional inquiry helper prepares a draft in your email application. It does not submit a form or store your selections on this website. If you send an email or call, the information you provide may be used for the same purposes. Initial email inquiries may be sent in Spanish; meeting and deliverable languages are agreed when the project is scoped.
Information not to send
Do not send protected health information, patient or resident records, personnel files, account credentials, or confidential legal materials through an initial inquiry. Appropriate document-sharing arrangements are established separately when needed.
Technical information
Optional Google Analytics is available only after you choose to allow it in Privacy choices. If enabled, it measures visits to listed public pages and selections of phone, email, or Bonsai inquiry-form links. A link selection is only an intent signal; it does not mean a form was submitted, an email was sent, or a call completed. The implementation does not send form answers, email-draft contents, topic or care-setting choices, contact destinations, query strings, or referrers. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals keep this analytics off. Google may process standard device, browser, session, and interaction information when analytics is allowed. Advertising personalization is disabled.

Official guidance, other websites, the Bonsai inquiry form, your email application, and phone services have their own privacy practices. An external link does not imply endorsement or a shared engagement.
Engagements and questions
